Client’s Request: An Open Serving Space - Note the storage on both sides of peninsula. A combination of recessed lights and under-cabinet lighting make this kitchen glow.

We removed the old upper cabinets that closed off the kitchen to the living room and widened the counter to create a spacious serving peninsula. Deep drawers in the peninsula provide extensive storage for pots and pans. New semi-custom cherry cabinets provide ample storage.

We more than doubled the counter space and added huge pantries next to the fridge.

The stone backsplash is enhanced with crushed glass tiles.
