Client’s Request: New Life for a Worn Kitchen – A farm sink goes contemporary in stainless steel. The corner next to the sink could have been wasted space. Instead, a glass-fronted cabinet and corner shelves display a crystal collection. The grid detail of the pendant lights echoes the backsplash. The window over the sink was enlarged and made into garden window. Wood flooring installed throughout the kitchen and living area creates continuity and openness. Glass tile backsplash and Cambria Quartz counter top. The purple wall came down, making room for a multi-use island and creating an open-concept living space.
