Client’s Request: Replace a Hodge-Podge of Styles and Colors – We cut out part of the blue wall-to-wall carpet and put the Persian rug into the cut out. Keeps the rug from “riding around” the room. We refinished this light oak table to cherry for a better blend with wood finishes elsewhere in the building. This carpet was created from two commercial grade carpets. In all, we put 600 yards of carpet in this building! Over the years, this office building had become a jumble of color schemes. We created continuity using burgundy, blue, and gray. Oversized seating makes a lobby comfortable and inviting. The octagonal rug was cut from the same broadloom used in the rest of the building. The client wanted tons of storage as well as display space. Mini conference area in CEO’s office. A remote control regulates the lighting, shades, and TV.
